Install in three steps – Android APK or iOS App Store

Android visitors download the APK from our site, allow installation from unknown sources in settings, then open the file to complete the install. iOS visitors find us in the App Store under vcity33; tap Get, authenticate with Face ID or your password, and the icon appears on your home screen. Both paths take under a minute from download to first login, and

you'll use the same account credentials you created on desktop – no separate registration, no new username.

Download the file — Android: tap the APK link on vcity33.bet, save the file to your device. iOS: open the App Store, search vcity33, tap Get and authenticate.
Allow the source — Android only: go to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources and enable installation from the browser you used. iOS skips this step; App Store installs are already trusted by your device.
Open and sign in — Tap the downloaded APK to install, or wait for the App Store download to finish. Open the vcity33 icon, enter your existing username and password, and you're in – same account, same wallet, now on your phone.

Android 8.0+, iOS 13+ – what your phone needs to run the app

We tested the vcity33 app on Android devices running version 8.0 Oreo and later, and iOS devices running version 13 and later.

Android version	8.0 Oreo or later. Devices running Android 7 or earlier can still access the mobile site through your browser, but the app requires API level 26 to support our push-notification and biometric-unlock features.
iOS version	iOS 13 or later. iPhones and iPads running iOS 12 can use the mobile site; the app needs iOS 13 for Face ID integration, dark mode and the background-keepalive behaviour that holds your table session when you switch apps.
RAM and storage	Minimum 2 GB RAM; 3 GB or more recommended if you stream live tables. The APK is 32 MB and the iOS bundle is 35 MB; allow 100 MB total for the install and cached lobby assets so the offline preview works smoothly.
Screen size	Phones with 5-inch displays and larger. The app scales the lobby grid and game tiles to fit smaller screens, but live-table video looks sharper on 6-inch panels and tablets – nothing breaks on a compact phone; you just see fewer tiles per scroll.
Supported regions	Malaysia and jurisdictions where vcity33 operates under local law. The app checks your account region at login; if your registration was completed in a supported area, all features unlock. Availability depends on local regulations and is subject to change.

Code signing, direct download, account recovery – how we keep the app secure

The Android APK is signed with our developer certificate so your device can verify it came from vcity33; tampering breaks the signature and the install fails.

APK code signing

Every Android build is signed with our developer key so your device can verify the file hasn't been modified. Check the SHA-256 hash we publish on vcity33.bet against the downloaded APK; if they don't match, don't install – it's not our file.

App Store validation

iOS apps pass Apple's automated security scan and manual review before they appear in the store. The bundle is signed with Apple's certificate; your device checks that signature at install and every time you open the app, so tampered versions won't launch.

No third-party stores

We distribute the Android APK only from vcity33.bet and the iOS app only through Apple's App Store. Versions found on unofficial mirrors, reseller sites or Telegram channels aren't ours; they may contain malware or modified code that steals your login.

Account recovery

Lose your phone or suspect someone installed the app on your device without permission? Log in from desktop, go to account settings, and revoke app access. The next login attempt from that device will fail, and you can re-enable access once you're on a trusted phone.

Two-factor option

Enable two-factor authentication in account settings and the app will ask for a six-digit code from your authenticator app at every login. Even if someone gets your password, they can't open your wallet without the second factor – adds one extra step, blocks most unauthorized access.

Session timeout

The app logs you out after thirty minutes of inactivity by default; you can shorten that to five minutes in settings if you share a device. When the session expires, your balance and transaction history clear from memory – the next visitor has to log in with their own credentials to see anything.
